About Our Church
|
In August of 1901 a church was organized in Colorado Springs that had a vision to live a life of what their pastor called "applied Christianity." The church got involved in may different activities of Christian social work like residence programs for men and women.In 1903 a working men's home was opened in the mission building at Colorado Springs. As the church grew they began to invest in ministries around the globe, sending missionaries to as far away as India.
The church settled on the west side of the Springs and has been ministering to the community at the corner of Walnut and St. Vrain for many years with the hope of changing our world one life at a time.
